OP, it sounds like your player is not detecting the 3d capability of your screen properly so it is downscaling the source to 2d.
Looking at the spec for your player you should be able to set the 3d setting to forced instead of auto which will output 3d.
This may result in a black screen though.
The other option would be to set the tv to 3d before playing the media.

I just noticed that the 3d blu rays i have been playing are both Piranha and Final destination . Each movies have blu ray version and 3d version in it along with 2 pair of green and red plastic glasses . Is it possible that these cd's are not the proper 3d ?

The old version of Final Destination had the old style anaglyph 3d which uses the red/green glasses, the new version is the new type stereoscopic 3d.
Piranha should have both old and new style 3d, at least that is what is advertised for it!

@at everyone . Thanks for all your help. I was able to fix it . It was the tv that required calibrating settings .

Why do you want the thread deleted? Wouldn't it be better left for someone who who might have the same problem one day? Quite selfish to ask for advice, then delete the question when you got what you wanted.
