any one out there got any ideas regarding the sale of your details by the DVLA to third parties? what happened to the data protection act......i am considering writing to DVLA explaining that any release of my details will be a breach of my data protection and will consider taking legal action......if everyone does this…

"reasonable cause" - which remains undefined.
It is hard that a potential civil action is not reasonable cause generically.

I agree with the point about initial contact.
