Orange limit the number of emails I can send at a time

I am with Orange, having been with Freeserve since I got on the web. As a secretary of a club we want to send our newsletter out via email. Orange have a limit of 20 message per batch. Is this a norm with other companies or just Orange?
Also I pay £20 per month just for Broadband and yet the MSE list reckons I should get it for either £10 or £15.:mad:
