    I've been Money Tipped!
When I read the OP, the first thing I did was check to see if it was a little boy. The first time I used a pull up nappy on my son he had a wee leak. He is also slim built, almost 2 and wearing a size 4. Our problem was very simple though - when you pull the nappy up, you have to check that his bits are positioned correctly - in between the elasticated gussets and pointing down. We also found that if the nappy is getting towards being full, when he sits down it starts to gape at the sides, and if he then wees it comes out the sides before it can be absorbed.
