Hi all - I received some interesting legal precedents from Alexis which I have tried to work into my defence letter (where they seem to apply in this case). I've just posted a request for help checking that draft legal defence letter on Pepipoo. I will need to submit my defence (online) by next Thursday. If anyone here is also willing to cast an eye over it I will gladly take up offers of an editting or checking eye!

Alexis also posts and helps with defences on pepipoo so the others there may decide not to add anything, but certainly you are asking on the right forums.
