  • I have used these for years and best thing is they have stopped charging you credit/debit card fees you only pay for ticket price. Always reliable and cheap. I have booked in advance and on day. have had them posted and picked up at theatre on day, never had any problems. They also do really good deals on meals and show included, I have seen Dreamcoats and Petticoats in west end, London and had a two course meal for £22 each meal and ticket included. I am going to see the new show Rock of Ages, in london for £15 each next week. They do all areas not just London.:j
  • Saw Rock of Ages last week - brilliant! Seeing Dream Boats next week, for about the 15th time - you can always get discounted tickets for this, and Blood Brothers, either directly at the box office, or through Last minute.

Million Dollar Quartet - excellent, We Will Rock You ,Jersey Boys very good, Legally Blonde, good, but for the biggest laugh and the most lavish costumes, it has to be Priscilla !

Also recommended Thriller, Les Mis, Stomp, Mama Mia, Chicago. A word of advice, many of the theatres reduce the prices an hour before curtain up, but ask that you pay cash.

I love musicals, and. if possible, I go to the previews, which are cheaper.

We too saw Rock of ages last night and would highly recommend it. Great 80s music and really funny with proper laugh our loud moments. Interactive too, well worth going to see!!

I've seen We Will Rock You in London then in Glasgow and have booked again to see it in Edinburgh at Christmas...it's fantastic.

Also saw Lion King upon recommendtion - have to say I didn't really enjoy it and was falling asleep near the end.

Saw Wicked on last London visit and it was AMAZING! Was a last minute decision and went to a ticket booth and got Stall tickets for around £35 I think - about a 50% discount.

I'm also going back mid November and have booked to see Les Miserables - front row centre for £42 each (cheaper because you can see the conductor and apparently Jean Valjean spits a lot!! LOL)
  • I too was not impressed by Lion King, and if you suffer from vertigo, or are a bit dodgy on your legs, the Dress Circle is dreadful, being very very steep. I think musicals are very much a question of personal taste, and what thrills one, doesn't please another.

  • https://www.lastminute.com do good value meal deals from £20 i can recommend dreamboats and petticoats, i went and was 4 rows from the front stalls... it was a fab show :O)
  • Check out national rails 2 for 1 offers on the Days Out section if travelling by train. blood Brothers is definitely within that offer presently
Saw Legally blonde yesterday and bought tickets about 4.30 at TKTS office in Leicester Sq. No queue and got best seats in the house for under £40 each (normally £65)

if seeing Wicked or Rock of Ages you may not get much if any discount but most otehr shows are not selling out so you will get some good deals that way
