Agreed, but I'd like to minimize the risk involved....... so whilst some (not all) prices are being slashed I will wait till the best opportunity arises, still saving a minimum of £1k a month, so will only be getting a better deal in the long run. Although I would like my own place right now!;)

If so are you then calling a catastrophic collapse in the U.S based on the 99% failure rate of all expert predictions you read about in that book?

Or is your (or anyone elses) prediction more reliable than that of a so called "expert" precisely because you lack any relevant knowledge or insights on the subject?
