There would be NO paypal seller protection for an off ebay sale to the Ukraine. Their T&c's state only UK, Canada and the USA are eligable under certain circumstances.

Insured and registered delivery services would only cover you until the parcel was delivered. The buyer could claim a chargeback via paypal and you could lose everything.

I would insist on an international Bank Transfer payment under these circumstances
