I think the less said about 3 Para Mortars the better

So basically a handbag doing a jump course with no insignia can't suddenly sprout wings . .

If someone has just done the jumps course they are entitled to wear the lightbulb below..so if someone has just done the course recently (for example) and returned with wings then yes they're most likely walting it up...
