    hey guys,

i just got off the phone from 3 (about 5 mins ago) and im very disappointed.

i have been with them for a month or so over 2 years and am currently on DT 1400 (300 mins 1000 txt).

its £30 a mth but after cash backs worked out at £18 with a free phone.

today i got offered : DT1400 - £43 credit to bill and a free k610i (worse than my phone of a year ago)

or £180 worth or 'credit' which could be used on 900 mins or 1800 txts (a ratio of 1 min = 2 txts) - a bit like flex-t on t-mobile.

they could offer me 25% discount on the ticket price of £35 a mth.

    and he wouldnt budge!!

please give me some (much needed) advice!!

    thanks

    James

P.S: all contracdts are 12 mth - i dont want an 18 mth due to the warrenty issues raised above :)

I got offered the same. Most probably will go for it.

    9 months @ £15
    3 months @ £30
    'credit back' of £149.23

My contract will end in mid Feb, I will wait to see any good deal around, tbh i dont think there will be any good deal because all the network tighten up their bonus to retailers, I might go for coolnewmobile_ '3' network/mobileshop.com_ 'o2'

    :)
Read through the forums so you know what others have been offered. Then keep ringing as you only need one to give you an offer. Yes it might be tedious but it could bring you results.
Have you asked for your pac code? Usually things start to happen if you say you are leaving the network.
