hi... sassers......glad i'm not the only one with the calculater......lol.....

at least it show we are thinking.... and trying to work something out.....ok with me.. might be unrealistic....if i took the mortgage out of the equation then it would be about £200. a week for me as well..

over the next week will try and get a job lined up.. even if i got to go back with the dreaded job agency... ( if they havent got enough polish peeps )

and for the next 2 days just concentrate on putting things onto turbo lister ready for thursday.....

and put some more books onto amazon.... as well.....

What about baby sitting or taking kids to shool in a morning and picking them up. two extra kids charge £40 a week for say 8am-9am and 3:15 till 6:30/6. Afternoon and morning clubs at school are usually really expensive and you could do a nice healthy meal in a slow cooker and help kids with their homework. Surely this is a help that they dont get in an after school club. Thats a start anyway for a few hours work and you could even have more kids!

To be honest my hubby got 17.5k Inheritance and FIL gave us 7k. The rest is profit we made on our house (which we now have to get a much larger mortgage and are only putting 5k deposit down) and paying off CC's gradually. The real hard work is just starting with meal plans etc. We are lucky my OH dad is putting a lot of cash into our house but we will have to pay him off one day! Looks better than it is. We arent living on CC any more though, makes a huge differance.

Just a note to say anyone wanting to do this in THEIR own home would have to be a registered childminder :)

Could you think about it another way? Every £ you save is a £ less to earn:- cook a meal from scratch that might save £2-3, x 7 days
bake cakes, biscuits instead of buying, that's another £1-2 each time
walk instead of car/bus, another £1-2
don't pay to park in town, park a littl out then walk, £3-4
    packed lunches for children/DH, £2 x 5 days
    grow some veg, £1-2 x 7 days

Just those could save £20-£30 a week and there must be more. Perhaps you do some already - sorry if it doesn't help

Or you could become a sales agent part-time. It took me ages to find a decent agent to sell my handmade cards for me. When i did she had no sales experience but was great!
You can find companies (big and small) at craft fairs etc...
My agent worked 2 days a week and made about £300 in sales profit. She carried about 5 or 6 companies products and loved it!
Something to think about if you have the gift of the gab...
