Use landline number as alternative to mobile
I know I've seen this before, but can't think where - there's a facility which allows you to set up a notional landline number which is then obviously cheaper than calling a mobile.....
BUT....
I can't remember what it was called!
Can anyone help please?!
Thanks

Found it! It's Rebtel0

Can you tell all of us... how does it work and how all of us can benefit from this....
Thanks0 -
They can probably explain better on their own site (https://www.rebtel.com), but as I understand it, the main aim is to reduce costs internationally, by ringing an allocated landline number which diverts off to the mobile (this Guardian article explains it quite well - http://www.guardian.co.uk/mobile/article/0,,1803216,00.html).
I already use 1899, so I wonder if I could combine 1899 with Rebtel?! Probably not!0 -
I don't think it is a call diversion; the facility seems to enable two people to talk to each other by both making an outgoing call.0

Is it? I better re-read it!!!0
