I booked the last time too (when it was through the Daily Mail) and it said i'd receive the confirmation within 14 days of booking, if not to call the holiday park direct. I think I finally got my confirmation and invoice about 3 weeks later - perhaps call the park directly to enquire?
Thanks for the reply but no sooner had i wrote the post a confirmation letter arrived on the doorstep.
We have to pay an additional £61 on top of the £90 i paid to book it. But we have been and looked round the holiday park the other week on a day trip and it looks fantastic for the kiddies and at a long weekend at £150 i cant really grumble because i will have 3 happy children who will be entertained.0 -
As we are going on Monday I decided it was too much of a gamble to book through the Breakfree site so I booked through Haven Website and got a four night midweek break for the six of us in a Prestige Caravan for £208 a bit more than I wanted to pay but the Breakfree process of paying for entertainment passes and service charges separately to the holiday costs was just not worth the amount I would have saved

Am I the only one who found it really straightforward? Booked 3 nights - Fri/Sat/Sun in North Wales, Park Resorts at the end of March for 6 of us. Paid £62.50 at the time of booking, a few days later I had the confirmation through. Entertainment passes were free for the date I'd chosen, decided to take our own linen and the service charges are £6 per night (as stated on the website), so 3 x £6 = £18 to pay. Rang them today told them I'd take my own linen and paid the £18 via card over the phone.
Found the whole process quite easy - £80.50 for a family of 6 for 3 nights. Looking forward to it, heard lots of good things about the site just hope to get a bit of fair weather :-)
