I want to book a midweek break to Haven Presthaven Sands but I'm a little confused with the accommodation grades

Are the Luxury and Luxury Plus really worth the extra

Also do you Book In at the same times as Haven Customers or do you have to queue somewhere else to get your keys and passes?

  • Thanks OP have booked a 3 night stay at one of the 'park sites', followed by a 4 night stay in a quieter area a short distance away. We are getting a week away for a family of 4 for less then £100. In the school holidays as well! V pleased. Many thanks.
Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???
  • For those of you who have done this before when do you receive the invoice from the site?
I booked ours when this deal was last posted and got a long weekend for 5 of us in April, I have had the email confirmation from breakfree but nothing from the haven site????

    Thanks x

I booked the last time too (when it was through the Daily Mail) and it said i'd receive the confirmation within 14 days of booking, if not to call the holiday park direct. I think I finally got my confirmation and invoice about 3 weeks later - perhaps call the park directly to enquire?

I have had my invoice through and the price has gone from £42-50 up to £84-30. They are charging us £27-80 for 4 nights electric, the £14 linen charge seems fair but not the electric. I guess thats how they get some of the money back!!!
  • hi finky, the rise is the addition of what they call pupn, per unit per night, that is always on top of the price you pay initially, and it stated that on their site under charges, it's no different on the sun holidays.
As for the linen, i don't think the £14 is justified at all, i'll be taking my own with me as you can tell them to take it off as it's optional, and i wonder how many people know that and end up paying for a few manky sheets with old stains and fag burns.
    Rant over :-)
