Laptop or All-in-one PC?

I am getting a new computer for my teenage daughter and we cannot decide whether to get her a laptop or an all in one PC. Could anyone help me with this?!?!?!?!?! The laptop and PC are: Packard Bell TS44HR034 15.6" Laptop - White Packard Bell oneTwo S A4226 UK 20" All-in-One PC

Probably the laptop as the All-in-one pc has low powered AMD E-350 processor in it.

You might want to look at PC Pro website and checkout the reviews for Laptops and PCs.
