Another spend day for me today. I am in work tomorrow for a 12 hour shift so should catch one tomorrow.:):)DFW Nerd 1394.

Evening all! Well not a NSD for me, had to get kettle descaler (is this the excitement of my weekend?) but i also got my hair done (so at least I looked fab while descaling said kettle
)
Did the big Mr A shop - mainly without coupons though of course there were some used. Sure I heard the woman behind me tut and sigh saying something like 'this is ridiculous' when the cashier had to get someone to get a key to open her till (and check a couple of coupons). I really felt like turning round and saying 'well I've just saved £10 on my shopping, how about you then?' but just opeted to flash her one of my best smiles instead :A
Also stopped at mr S to get OH some of his fav oven chips, which nearly became very expensive oven chips. i wasn't paying 80p parking for 5mins so took the risk at that time in the car park, only to come back and find Mr Jobsworth (sorry, parking attendant) busy photographing the car in front of mine. I legged it across the car park, and flung my shopping in, hot wheeling it out before he could snap mine. Checking in my mirror I swear he looked disappointed he hadn't been able to ticket me.
Was going to hit Mr T today but not poss due to haircut time so that's mon evening so hopefully a NSD tomorrow...wish me luck.
Oh, and btw Nargle, tutu and tights is just SSSSSSSooooooooo much more you :rotfl:Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Well, am declaring Thursday, Friday, Saturday and today all as NSD's - bringing me to 8 for the month. Only achieved by spending 3 days in bed being pretty ill, some kind of stomach thing. I have lost 5lbs in weight as well (I know it's only water and will soon go back on again - although I still can't stomach the idea of proper food yet...). Today I have just about graduated to the sofa, but I still ache all over... My back mostly, so sitting up is painful...
Woe is me... But hopefully will feel better soon, I just feel like a little wrung out dishcloth at the moment, all floppy and pale. OH has been pretty good at looking after the kids and fingers crossed none of them seem to have caught it...0 -
Morning all, hope you feel better soon mysk_girl, your bug sounds a bit nasty.
Planning on making today an NSD, despite having to take DS2 to a Uni Open Day. It's only 40 minutes away and there is free parking :j We are leaving after the Scotland match (of course!) and taking a packed lunch, what can go wrong!!! I'll declare when I get back...just on case...!
Match starts in 4 mins, so must dash!!
Have a good day everyone x

Just realised I haven't updated for a couple of days. I didn't spend anything on Friday but I bought some chocolate yesterday! I'm going to declare today as a NSD now so I don't try & do any internet shopping (I'm not leaving the house) so that means I'm on 15 NSDs.I'm really pleased as it means I've met my target for the 2nd month of doing this challenge.:D I didn't think I'd do it this month as I included DDs & SOs. I suppose being mega skint helps with this challenge as I haven't got any money to spend!
I hope everyone else is doing well & having fun. I still haven't read any of this thread this month, I've just used it to keep a track of my NSDs but I'll try & get back with it for October & try to catch up with everyone.Aug NSDs: 18/[STRIKE]6 [/STRIKE] [STRIKE]15[/STRIKE] 18
Sep NSDs: 16/15
Oct NSDs: 16/15
Nov NSDS: /18
I'm a newbie so if I do something wrong or don't do something please let me know so I can learn.0
