  • hello everyone :)

I got my second NSD yesterday so up to 2/10 NSD

had to send dh out for some school socks for ds1 though today so decided to give him a small shopping list too that i know i will need during the week so i can try and minimise my spend days. I doubt tomorrow will be a nsd either as DS1 and DD going to school/nursery so i think a round of cakes may be in order after/before lol

good luck to everyone else x

OK so havent acheived a NSD yet, but only been 2 days so far so i don't feel to bad yet. Have to do the weekly shop today but that money was already pre allocated but also have to pick up some last minute bits for the kids school bags which i thought i had but don't seem to:(.

But i have a more positive feeling about tomorrow :D

Thank you for the lovely welcome and well done to all those slowly buliding those NSD up:T

NSD No 5 today. I've been trying my best because tomorrow is definitely a spend day. DGS back to school on Wednesday so it's his last day of freedom. We're all going for a meal and walk around town. I'll try and get everything we need so we can get back to our NSD's. Family think I'm totally mad.

  • Well i'm back, but it's not good news :(

I rang the council, who told me the rent had stopped because the tenant had moved
I was really lucky that they gave me an emergency day annual leave for Friday, so i was able to go back & check it out. The tenant has infact left, & has also damaged every room in the house, ripped the front door off & started a cannabis farm in the loft :mad::mad:

The upshot is that not only will i not get any rent until i can get it re let, it's going to cost a fortune to put it right :mad:

So safe to say i'm not a particularly happy BDINI today!!

Mini-spendy day today, just odds and ends. Direct debits going out of account today anyway, and I count household DDs as spends (being very strict with myself you see) so it made sense to schedule in the odds and sods spends today as well. That way, tomorrow will be a NSD and there will be more to come over the rest to the week too.

Jinty - I find that when I am coming up to an annual leave week I get annoyed and irritated over the slightest things. I take it as a sign that I am well and truly ready for a holiday. Sounds like your OH is due for a break too - hope the holiday is happening soon!

Work tomorrow, then back to school for DS Wednesday - tempus really does fugit doesn't it? Dare I say, I saw boxed sets of C*****mas cards in a shop today - not impressed!
