waaaaa badtimes. yeah I think they can be caused by pressure changes in the weather and that kinda thing, I've no idea what brings on mine. Yet to work out the trigger, although stress is definatly one i hope it goes away, nasty stubborn things.......

Have today as a NSD! number 10 for meeeee!! And I'm better today, although work won't let me back until tomorrow, they have a 36 hours D&V rule apparently (shame...) and also whatever I've had has apparently done the rounds and decimated the office back end of last week, so they aren't taking any chances in starting off another wave of it. And I have £30 credit in my bank account, payday is on Friday and the sun is shining. What more could we want? Am taking DD to play with some friends in the park after preschool and taking snacks with me, all packed perfect mummy style.. Off to do laundry and cleaning aren't I a perfect housewife la la la la - I need more days not at work and not properly sick! Not that that is ever going to happen (I actually love my job and would miss it badly if someone took it away....David Cameron hope you are listening....) Hope everyone is lovely and positive!

princess_shopaholic I joined halfway through this month, I guess there will be a new thread next month or you can start right away...

I haven't got any official NSDs yet this month princess_shopaholic so its never too late to join. There will be one for next month anyway

Ok well today is a NSD for me if driving lessons dont count? if they count then it wont be. Yesterday was a NSD though. I can pretty much say that all this week will be no spend apart from thursday which is my birthday and might treat myself to a proper lunch rather than Smash :S

Popping to report that I hit my target yesterday with NSD number 19 caught! :j I think I'll be able to catch a couple more before the end of the month, so I'll increase my target to 21 NSDs please BDINI - thank you!

Have a look at the posts If puts up at the top of every page, suzitiger, there are ideas about "pots" for regular spends which should help you to avoid spending on certain days and make your spendy days more organised - a lot of us use this system.

It's never to late to join in here. If you'd like to join in this month post a number you want to aim for and BDINI will add you to the front page - you may even get a prize:D.

Otherwise there will be an October thread along shortly when I get a chance to post it - having a bit of a manic week so it may not be until the weekend. I'll put a link on here when it's up and running.

Spent real money not just vultures - On the defence side I did only spend on whoopsies and not wine & chox - mind you it just goes to show how I got into this mess in the first place - If I hadn't been a member of MSE then I'd have spent far more - so thank you everyrone.
