I have decided I spend too much time on my laptop, not just this thread, the whole of MSE even I don't subscribe to stuff and any other rubbish I can find to surf. If I can't find anything new I just sit and refresh the same few pages. So for the time being I am rationing myself to a maximum of 2 hours internet a day (won't be that much). Enough time in the first to grab my lists then just to check all stuff once in the evening. If I get stuff done early then I may treat myself but I seem to use staring at nothing as an excuse to do...nothing. Hopefully my house will be a bit better as a result

OK, I FINALLY got the new clothes airer from Ikea! WAHOO!
It was so heavy though! I had to call OH and ask him to come meet me at the train station to help carry it back! lol. Also picked up some pegs, some food bag clips, a couple storage boxes, a few coathangers and a new scrubby thing for the dishes!
Clothes airer has been assembled, and was put to good use as WM X 1 last night. The storage boxes were also assembled and filled. Cardboard broken down and ready for recycling. Bins emptied and put out for collection this morningFebruary wins: Theatre tickets0 -
WM on cleaning cycle. Some washing up done. Bed stripped and mattress cover and sheet soaking, need to work out how to get hair dye out of my pillow cases
. Pills for the rest of the week decanted into pill organiser (t*sco pharmacy was significantly more expensive than boots...).
Kitchen table is nearly clear so we might be able to eat in a civilised atmosphere tonight. I need to bung supper in the SC at lunchtime. There's a bit more clearing up to do downstairs and upstairs and the mattress need hoovering. Otherwise it's not too bad, but I'm crossing my fingers the cleaner has time to come back soon!
ETA - need to get showered and dressed and clear the bathroom first as they are coming to redo the grotty grout just after 10am. No point in hoovering until they have gone, but it will be SO nice to have it finished and all finally dealt with!0
