back after my second :coffee:
It's a keep moving... or else! kind of day due to yesterday's vintage fair and carrying stuff round. I know what I need to do on my return from work this evening... sort out the stuff I bought home from the fair and the mess I made when deciding what to take:rotfl:

Completely lost the plot as I didn't even make his sandwiches for work today. I told him to wake me up early so I could do it but when I woke up he'd gone. I just hope he doesn't waste money buying something.
So far today I have done absolutely nothing except climb out of bed, make a coffee and switch the lappy on.
The room of choice today is the kitchen so I've added the necessary tasks from today's list. Got tons to do so better get started
Me well I woke at 8am just as DP was leaving for work, bless him he never complains that he gets up on his own, my ultimate goal is to get up with him and enjoy some time before little one wakes either helping him or doing some cleaning. Howver I went back off to sleep and woke briefly at 8.45am when DD came in to tell me she wanted to watch a DVD in her room, went back to sleep until 9.55am (not such a great start but at least it was not noon).
Getting going slowly catch up later!:)getting there slowly

While i'm in town i have to go in and fill in some forms.I think the course starts next tuesday, i just hope DD is sorted with transport by then.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -

I walked into town this morning to pick up a parcel and get something for dinner, it only took 40 minutes to do everything and get home which is great as it used to take me an hour just to get anywhere before. I really enjoyed going out and buying locally.
I was full off good intentions when I got home but kept failing. Discussed with DH this morning what was going into our drawer unit in LR so I could make a start, DVDs in the bottom and games in the rest was his suggestion. We have so many of both of these that we would run out of room for both so I have filled a shelf in one of the wardrobes with the games for now. I think the next job is to look at the boxes in the dining room and see what can go into the garage (motorcycle stuff etc).
BT man is coming to connect us this afternoon, I am looking forward to getting broadband again as this dongle is driving me mad. He will be here sometime between 1 and 6  I may unpack some CDs while I wait. I would like to completely empty 1 box today if possible, even if the things I can't put away from it go into another one for the time being. This doesn't seem as easy as I thought it would be.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

Great news Vanilla
I have done the washing up and DW so far (just waiting for it to cool down before unloading) and unpacked and approved food order. Supermarket delivery due soon, so I'm going to do a bit of paperwork and maybe some laundry and then have a rest at lunchtime.
I'm waiting for the bathroom people to confirm when they are going to come back and redo the grout that's still soft. It would be so nice to have it finished...
I did sleep, thanks embb... Although AF did wake me up several times in the night. Which I guess is a good thing...0 -

Can anyone suggest a way for me to clean my wedding shoes? I should have done it so much earlier but they got packed...and now I want to wear them to a wedding on Saturday. They are ivory satin and have mud on the heels and a little on the shoe front, I only stood on gravel outside during the day but it was obviously dirty. I have tried a damp cloth which has got a little of it off but not enough, they still look brown.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200
