Phoneboxdirect - which deal/phone is best or is there better elsewhere?

I haven't looked at any mobiles recently, do these look like good deals / phones or is there better elsewhere? I'm with phoneboxdirect now and my 12 month contract is up. I need to keep my existing number, does this mean I have to swap network from o2 to do so? (I don't mind doing this)

Please don't touch them. They have recently rejected 2 cashback claims I have for no legitimate reason and now won't talk about it. All I get is "I regret we can be of no further assistance in this matter."

That's awful. Did you send them back in time?
I am just waiting for my last cashback claim from them, they have emailed to say it's on the way and have paid up every time. I always sent them by recorded delivery and I sent the original bill and just kept the copy for myself.
