hello
ive been in a dmp for a few years now. i have a question
1. if i change my address with my creditors and or cccs will i black list or effect the credit rating of property owners. i was thinking of moving in with parents but was unsure of consequences.:(

Your credit rating rests with yourself I believe and not an address.

so if the owners were to apply for credit. my time at the address wouldnt count against them in any way due to my dmp0

It shouldn't do!
Think about it logically - it makes no sense for them to link credit ratings to an address, for exactly this reason! Why should the people who move in after you suffer? Why should you suffer for someone's folly, who has no connection to you? What about student lets? What about short term rentals? What about assisted/supported living facilities - if a patient/client/service user had bad credit, if the address was used, this would reflect against the healthcare company!!
