  • Love the bike, looks a little like a raleigh shopper, have you had a look to see if you can get it through a cash back site? also would you be able to wait until January for it? it could well come down a little in price in the sales:)

Muffins, i agree with Lolly. Its a good sign they have asked.

Well today i have the house to myself until about 6pm tonight, so i plan to have a quick whip round with the hoover and the get loads of bits and bobs out the shed and have a good old ebay session :D

Ive got quite a few bits ending later today, so hopefully some more to add to my total. Had a few bits end last night but can't remember the totals so will be back later with an update :)

Have a great money making weekend everyone and good luck to all that listed like mad on last weekends free listing days :money:

Morning! Its a new dawn, its a new day, its a new life...and all that mumbo jumbo! Feeling good today, 'OH' has done one so I've been a busy bee sorting out my finances before he can clear every penny. Set up a new halifax reward account(within an hour of him leaving!) and have rang CTC and sorted out housing allowance. Feeling very positive now I know where I stand financially. Its so strange to think last week I was feeling down because I knew it would be 10+ years before I would get on the property ladder with 'OH' but now a week later I can save for a deposit already! :D This challenge is going to count more that ever from now on; the money made from this will be my spending money throughout the month so if I want a new pair of shoes, Im going to have to earn it! I havent cried once, im not sure if its because im on autopilot or its beacuse I wanted this? Whatever it is, it hasnt stopped me from changing 'OH's' name on the holiday in Jan(supposed to be for his 40th birthday) to my best friends! :D Blimmin well looking forward to it! Holiday...celebrate...!

  • Aww Nat thats such good news to hear you sounding so positive! Well done. And if you ever feel down, you know we all here!

Well done Sweets on all your listings, can i have some of your motivation please?

Feeling much better myself this last 2 days. The shop is picking up again now the kids are back to school and all of my 8 listings have bids on so i'm gonna make some money and some space!

Think i'm gonna get myself back to the docs. I've suffered on and off with depression for 15 years and i can feel that black cloud looming again, so maybe i need something to help pick me up again. I really hate going to the docs tho! Hmm...

On the plus side, no cigs for 6 days now! For once i have the hubbys support as he stopped 2 weeks ago. :D

Well, must dash. Me and my son are gonna bake some cupcakes today. I've done 2 cupcake decorating classes and wanna put my lessons to good use and have a bit practise.

Hope everyone is well.... By the way, £3 off a £20 spend in Mr T's used today. Wasn't actually mine, found it in a shopping trolly, tried it when i paid for my shopping and it worked! Woo Hoo! Will add to my signature.

    xx

I dont normally buy newspapers but decide it was worth spending 80p on saturdays and £1.50 on sundays to get a £5 tesco voucher, i make that £2.70 profit + free ebay packaging!! :T
but wont be adding to totals until i recieve and use vouchers :)

well done Nat, good that you are being so positive and sorting things out quickly.

CountingPennies, good to hear the shop is picking up again.

I've been busy this week so not been around much. Got an exam tomorrow so need to study today. Lucky DH is off, not good as he is not earning money by being off, but good that I don't have to pay someone to look after DS while I go to my exam.

I sold a book on ebay, one I won in a comp, and there was a mini bidding war, so got more than I expected :D will see how much I am left with after ebay/paypal fees.

good luck to everyone making money, keep at it, remember even 5p is 5p more than you had before.

I think someone checked with the newspaper on the £5 Mail rewards voucher thread and you only had to buy 2 sundays and the rest saturday to still qualify for the rewards. Have a check as it saves the extra 70p on sundays.
  • lol...I Really need to get moving and start listing like i planned, but i keep thinking and finding things to post on here this morning!! Think i'll have to ban myself for a couple of hours :rotfl:

Anyway i was just doing some research on ebay and came across this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/5-Amazon-Gift-Voucher-Code-Sent-Email-/300593029295?pt=UK_Tickets_Trave_Vouchers_Coupons_LE&hash=item45fcbda0af

I know lots of you get loads of amazon vouchers, so could be worth looking into :)

Right i definatly off down the shed armed with my camera!
