roadkill is money found in the street dropped by people, and not picked up. (and other places, ie shopping centers, supermarkets, shops, etc.)

Me and the OH are walking to the shopping centre instead of getting the bus, its about 3.5 miles but as its a day off we aren't in any rush: £3(ish) saved. More if we walk back as well, but that depends if we buy anything heavy :)

Also I just started a new phone contract (£80 cashback although that will take a while to come through) and requested £6 insurance a month, but the phone company have had a mix up and forgot to add it to my bill. They've just told me that I'm still insured this month, but payments will start from next month. £6 saved (not intentional but every little helps!)

  • I'm mucking out my 4 year old sons bedroom and i'm sure he must be stealing money from somewhere.... £4.21 found so far!!! :rotfl:

Will wait till i'm finished before adding it to my total. I asked him where he got it, and he says "from my shop till" (he has a toy shop). I'm guessing he is playing roadkill and putting whatever money he finds in there! :rotfl:

Hope i find i winning lottery ticket in there! ;)

  • Good morning earners!! Hope everyone is eagerly surveying ebaying, msing or whatever else you can think of :D

I had a very good start to the september challenge - my £10 voucher for sainsbury's via maximiles site arrived in the post yesterday morning :T

I managed to squeeze in 2 car boot sales yesterday too - tho not particularly good i did get another £45.50 from them.

Thanks to this site I also discovered i had £37 in unused tesco vouchers and converted £30 of them into £60 to spend on groceries in store which i'm off to spend very shortly...

Oh and although not earned anything yet i got my shop and scan equipment through the post this morning :) Thanks to Aesop for posting the link for that :)

So, thats a huge £115.50 for me already........wow! Hmmmmm i think i may increase my target to £15 per day.

After successfully paying off my mortgage arrears last month via this challenge i am now going to work on paying off my Argos Bill of £378 with anything else going off some others :)

my update for today then is £115.50/£465

right off to earn some for today ;)

    Ells xx
