    OP, if you don't want to be tied into a contract, do consider giffgaff. Long and short of it is that you can get 250 minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited internet for £10 - on a PAYG deal. Get a contract through an existing member and you can get an extra £5 credit on your first top up. Feel free to PM me if you want any other details.
