Supanet seem to have a good deal on braodband.
Has anyone had any dealings with them or know anything about them?
Thanks for your input.

I have used them for dial up access and they were quite good (it was a couple of years ago). A friend still uses them though and is happy with them too.

I signed up to Supanet 1mb broadband in November 2004.
It was a twelve month contract.
At the time, they were a number of difficulties with their network and the speeds were so bad they often were little better than dial-up.
After complaining, they agreed to release me from my contract after just one month.
I assume they have sorted out some of the problems by now as there seems to be less complaints currently.

When supanet dropped their prices for 1mb people rushed to them in their masses. This was the problem. Too many people on the network meant poor speeds for all. They even allowed customers to get out of their 12month contract without penalty as they accepted that their service was unacceptable. I was recommend you pay a little bit more for a reliable isp0

I wouldn't touch them! I signed up for their Gold bundle which included Broadband, Line Rental and free calls. They accepted my registration but voice mailed me after 5 days to say they can't supply the line rental and calls because I don't have a BT line. The terms and conditions on the registration didn't mention a BT line just that I had to have a direct exchange line with a telecommunications network. and they are trying to charge me £60 to cancel a bundle that they are unable to supply. Their staff are rude and extremely unpleasant so I am waiting for a reply to my last letter and taking my complaint to Otelo and Icstis.
