t mobile declined credit check

Hi

Today I tried to order 24 month contract via quidco and credit check was declined.
Never had any problems in the past, no outstanding debt or overdue payments etc

Applied for 2 Tmobile contracts in july one for myself and one for my wife. Credit check was fine but because the phone I ordered went out of stock I never took up the contract at that time, my wife recieved her phone and that contract is current.

Not sure what to do, will this be a glitch by t mobile or should i do a credit check?

Any thoughts would be appreciated

Try asking them. A small error in your details can make a big difference.

i rang them and they said I had to write to credit dept

Write to the credit dept then. Also it's worth checking your credit files.

Don't keep applying as this can make things worse.
