Why are you asking me a question now? YOU have already told me what was said at the station even though I don't remember you being there.
All you need to now is the question I asked originally has already been answered.
because you are refusing to answer it, and Ive asked it before which was ignored aswell,
I have only quoted you in relation to what was stated at the station.Bow Ties ARE cool "Just because you are offended, doesnt mean you are right" Ricky Gervais0 -

All I've said is that you have to understand the way things work and 3v3 seemed to be trying to explain the way the police have to look at things. That's all and all very well said by kafkathecat
I am frightened by how many people on this thread do not understand the law and feel attacked when anyone tries to explain it to them. If people are allowed to physically assault anyone they suspect of committing a crime you have lynch mob justice and innocent people get hurt. Allow the police to do their job.
THAT is the point. 3v3 was being picked on and completely being derided and called stupid, especially by ska lover. Now, I'm not a great fan of 3v3, indeed she's on my ignore list. But I'm not going to stand by, when I see something that is wrong being done.
Now if you think it's OK to attack someone, frequently refer to other threads and have no reference to this thread at all, then by all means continue to thank ska lover. Indeed, I'm a bit surprised by you too.
kafkathecat, said it in an eloquent way, I'm afraid I went more base. I wish I was perfect all the time. Unfortunately it isn't so :A
Such lies!
I never called 3v3 'stupid'. I have not used the word 'stupid' in a post on this site, ever. I would consider that beneath me, to be quite honest.
What I did say was I thought the person in question is an attention seeker. The opposite of what you know...is also true0 -

I am not refusing to answer the the question, I am refusing to answer you. It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun0 -
Because I disagreed with you ?
I am glad my first instinct was correct then.Bow Ties ARE cool "Just because you are offended, doesnt mean you are right" Ricky Gervais0 -

I couldn't give a rat's a**e if you disagree with me or not, The law is on my side and still you cannot get over it.
I have not been charged with anything and won't be in the future either.
If you are not satisfied with how the police have handled the situation may I suggest you write to your local MP.It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun0 -

The law is most definately not 'on your side', in this instance you have not been charged but its certainly not actions that are encouraged or acceptable by law. As the other party hasnt been charged either Im surprised you are calling it a win (other than not having your car stolen)
Also it was you that responded to me, not the other way round. You may be the original poster but that does not mean you have say over what is written and by whom on the rest of the thread. If you cant get over that i would suggest you pm a board guide and ask for it to be closed.Bow Ties ARE cool "Just because you are offended, doesnt mean you are right" Ricky Gervais0 -

The question you ask is a personal and spur of the moment one. I can tell you what happened in 2 of my experiences. One guy stole a motorbike of mine and I found out who it was. He got visited and helped along with a boot up his behind. Someone else tried to steal my car with a screwdriver, so I sat on him till the police got there.
Next time if there is one, I will go with the moment, I don't know what I'll do. I don't know why you consider me to be aggressively attacking your statements that the OP should be allowed to whack him as hard as she likes. I have stated neither, either way.
If I hit someone in a way that I know is against the law, or on the borderline, then I won't moan when someone points that out to me. I like to think I'm too sensible for that.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -

Some good news OP, I think this thread may be your unlucky number 3. Its caused you more hassle than the car thief and the god botherer hey hun! I hope things will get better for you now0 -
Once again a certain person is putting words in my mouth, why don't you write what is fact and not what you are prying for. It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun0

I dont think that at all lotus. I was just interested in how you would handle a situation like that. Thanks for answering :beer:0
