Eastex no customer service

Ordered a dress from Eastex, it was the wrong size so i returned it. I received a full refund ,but no refund of postage charges, which i believe under the distance selling rules i should have done. I have emailed them 3 times, the email address was from their website, but no reply. I did not want to phone as i am a bit hard of hearing so find it a bit difficult. I did order another dress in a different size and that's OK.
Can't believe a reputable firm like that would just ignore customer emails.

Their website does state that postage costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty and you have declined a replacement.
This is unless you are cancelling the contract under the DSR, for which you are required to notify them in writing prior to the return of the merchandise.
Full details are under the "Returns" section of their website.0 -
What is it with all these company reps coming out of the woodwork with no apparent permission by MSE ? (I've just read anotehr one here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3451863)
I thought they were supposed to be "authorised" or something by MSE (usually states it in the green bit under the user name) to prove they are genuine?0
