eDreams Problem

I made a booking for my daughter from Asuncion to Johannesburg return online and received an email confirming the booking on 1st July 2011. The next morning I was informed that the ticket had gone up £160 overnight even though they'd confirmed the booking at £ 636.97. She refused my request to speak to her manager and then walked away from the phone leaving me to wait on the line for half an hour before I realised she wasn't coming back. I then phoned again and spoke to a man who when I explained my problem again put me on hold for 25 minutes before I realised he wasn't coming back to me. I spoke to a third woman who said she could only process the tickets at the higher price and when I refused and asked to speak to her Manager again she just hung up on me.
I went through all the formal complaints procedure and evern writing to Mr Javier Perez-Tenessa the CEO and Co-Founder and it has not been resolved.
