When you say they have done nothing, have you asked them what they have done? How long has it been? As I said, dogs, like children, take time to settle to new things, only you can't reason with a dog like you can a child. I do understand how annoying it is, our neighbours dog barks everytime someone geos to their door, not so bad you'd imagine, except our neighbours have visitors every 10 minuites or so! We are in the diary making stage at the moment (it's not only their dog that is the problem) and we don't really know what will come of it as it's not constant, but if we do nothing, nothing will happen.
Do you have cats? If so one of those devices will drive them nuts, and if allowed out they'll find themselves new 'servants' very quickly.
Sorry, I'm not the OP, I don't have the problem any more since the neighbours moved away - yay! I'm just giving my two pennies' worth0
