Problem with O2 Simplicity M&S Vouchers

Spoke to O2 on 15/8 as genuinely wanted to switch from £35 contract to PAYG.
Was talked into Simplicity offer of £10.50 a month (normally £15.50) plus £50 M&S vouchers.
Trouble is I don't seem to be able to get the vouchers from them!
Basically after ten days they admitted they hadn't processed either the M&S vouchers or the reduction in cost, even though I had received a letter saying it had been done! Was told the letter is generated automatically!!!!!
Lady promised to call me the next day and gave me her extension number and email, but now I can't get through to her by phone or email.
Has anyone actually had their M&S vouchers?
The cut off date is early in September, so time is of the essence.

Took me about 6 weeks to get mine,you can choose amazon vouchers if you don't want the M&S one's.
they keep on saying they where sent,and there where NOT.the last person I spoke to said you get them from a link when you log in to your account which I could not find so he done it for me 4 days later I got my vouchers.

I got my amazon vouchers 2 weeks after renewing would have thought it would be the same for the M&S vouchers unless it a different supplier.
