3 phone contract
Okay, So ive been with 3 now for close to 20 months i would say, ive had no problems paying all monthly bills originally on a samsung galaxy at £20 pcm.
Due to my own foolish mistake i lost this phone somewhere or other most likeley on public transport, they sorted me out with, well let us just say a lesser quality phone for a higher price (£32), and thus my contract was renewed to 24 months.
Ive had no end to my problems with this phone starting a few months back, loss of signal, touch screen being unresponsive so i cannot do anything with it, and then me getting into a bit of financial trouble as i wasnt being paid for months on end, ive run up a bill of around £180 - mostly from charges and the normal monthly cost, i havnt really used this phone much if im honest - im just wondering what my options are from some of you folk who might of been in this position.
Could i cancel the contract (if at all possible), pay the remainder of the cost of the contract aswell as my bill ? and if im stuck with a debt in the 100's how much would the cost be weekly/monthly ?
Ofcourse my other option is to pay the £180, and be stuck with the broken phone paying £32 a month, for the remainder, but that is unfavourable at the moment.
Thanks for any help.

Having said that, most mobiles come with 2 years of warranty. I don't understand why you cannot get your current phone repaired/replaced for free if you have not damaged it.0
