The problem is without giving details of what happened theres not much people can advise you about.
Theres no such thing as an 'Asian Ombudsman,' why would there be? Asia is made up of many different countries with no political union. (Like the EU in Europe). There also is no Malaysian Ombudsman or organisation you can complain to either.
Air Asia is legally many seperate companies, there is an Air Asia Malaysia and Air Asia Indonesia, which while owned by the company and themselves seperate comapanies. Your contract will be with either of those companies depending on who operated your flight.
You can complain to Air Asia and you have, 4 weeks isnt a long time to wait for a reply especially if you complained by post.
What you need to do is tell us the problem, you will still be anon if you dont give names. There is no way anyone on here could find out who you were from just a few details.0 -
did you pay for your flight with a uk credit card? If so you may be able to claim section 75 against the card or get help resolving your issue through them, but without any idea what the problem is, this is just a guess0
