    Thanks for the info people,

the only other thing is, she had three claims, this offer letter only had one reference number on (relating to the loan with the lowest amount!!).. Now I know it can be practice to group things under one number, but no-one on the phone could tell us anything whatsoever! After 40 mins on the phone she was told they would ring us back, still waiting! I can't believe they don't actually have anyone that can look at it and tell us.

Were the subsequent loans top ups on the original loan? My ex has recently had 4 loans paid out on one reference number (the first and lowest account) because he rolled over the balance of the previous loan onto the next loan etc.

From my experience and that of my ex, Lloyds have actually been a lot more helpful and upfront than my experience with HSBC (who have messed by brother around for nearly 6 weeks now).

I'm in exactly the same boat, got one letter on Wednesday with one reference number so I called them. I was told that they put all your claims through under one reference number, even for cards that we hadn't submitted a claim for as we didn't have the card details.

Anyone know how long it takes for the offer to come in after we sign and send the letter back?

    Hi

In my experience via Lloyds, after they received the signed acceptances, some were 21 days after and some 28 days.
    Good luck x:beer:

Interesting to read all this as we are in the situation of awaiting our letter from Lloyds after our PPI claim being at the Ombudsman for nearly a year now after Lloyds initially rejecting our complaint. Can anyone please confirm if we get the 8% interest calculated right up to this point in time or is only up to the point of an initial complaint ? Thanks in advance for any info on this :)
