Does anybody use Spotify in conjunction with a Sonos player? To stream to my Sonos I HAVE to have the premium subscription.
This is a bit galling, the £5/mo would be great: I don't think I can justify £10...
  • It's well worth paying for if you use it as much as I do - pretty much constantly when I'm working. Also it's great for discovering new stuff through the recommendations and related artists - you can really fall down a rabbit hole of good new things that way.
  • I do feel a bit guilty though as the artists get naff all money...

    Hello,

I think Spotify is worth it if you have a mobile phone that can run the Spotify App. Otherwise I would stick to the Free or Premium accounts.

I signed up for a Spotify Premium account after getting a free 30 day trial. Once they started charging me for the service (£10 a month) I went to cancel it. They asked me to give a reason why, whereupon I ticked the 'can't afford it' option. It then went on to offer me, as far as I can tell, the same service for £4.99 a month! I do use it a fair bit and hated having the adverts between songs - just thought I'd offer it as a tip, seeing as it's half price!

  • I think it's a great deal for consumers - although I do wish that Spotify was browser-based like We7 is.

Sadly, The changes to Spotify will soon render my Playlists redundant with the five plays per song limit, ....

Thats what I read about but I have Spotify freebie and definitely played same songs over and over and over and still works

    What am I missing?
When will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?
