They are normally 12 months from the date you started or added/changed services. You should try retentions if you want to check for sure.Truth always poses doubts & questions. They are much better these days at looking after existing customers so if you are outside the 12 months chances are you will be offered the 30Mb super hub for less money but as macman says this will start a new 12 month contract period.Truth always poses doubts & questions.
