Virgin Media contract length

How do i tell when my virgin media broadband contract will expire.. cant recall if it was 18 or 12 months....

    They are normally 12 months from the date you started or added/changed services. You should try retentions if you want to check for sure.

    im paying £30 for a 20mb line... what shoud i push for?

    12 months for TV and Internet, 18 months for Telephone Line.

    Call 150 from your home phone and select the Im thiking of leaving option for retentions...

    But remember that any change in package/tariff starts you on a new 12m contract.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    They are much better these days at looking after existing customers so if you are outside the 12 months chances are you will be offered the 30Mb super hub for less money but as macman says this will start a new 12 month contract period.

    Nope. You are on a revised minimum term, the contract itself is unaffected. All will continue until you cancel.
