Still being a fat cow and probably put the 2lb back on. Though today I did well and took the stairs instead of the escalator at ikea :)

My aim is to walk up 1 set of escalators at the tube station each day. I have to walk up stairs at my local one anyway. Then eventually to walk up them all most of the time.

    Hi all,

No change here aswell I'm afraid. September was going so well for me, I'm dissapointed not to have lost a pound at least which would have meant I had achieved the 7lbs challenge this month, but it was not to be. Still really happy I managed to lose 6lbs this month though.

Not sure if this is the reason, but I'm blaming the fact I had to buy new scales this week, after my Son decided to drop mine and they broke. I thought I would have lost something as kept within my calorie allowance. Oh well, just have to start again today!

Well done to everyone who has lost, and if not, then keep at it!

Can you add me in the October thread aswell please Dragon, when it starts, many thanks.

stayed the same again this week, but no surprise as I have not kept track of anything I ate this week.

Hopefuly better next week as I am back on track. Making sure I drink lots of water too.
