are you that lazy not to make a phone call ?
i know the letter should be sent but sometimes the system does have faults
i have explained to customers that asv appointments are unprioitised because of breakdown appointments. people with no heat and hot water and vulnerable ive had people say.... leave them i need my service its wrong, when you get 98 year old who aint going to last the night with out no heat, and a complainer about service appointment who are we going to prioritise

some people need to think about it before they start ranting
