Ladies - what's normal?

whats normal? I think its what is normal for YOU! if you get a change in your normal amount of discharge then thats something to discuss with GP. but if you have ALWAYS had a lot of discharge its normal for you.
I do have to qualify that though - my 9yr old gd has an excessive amount of discharge from her vagina and the paediatricians are flummoxed! I suggested to my daughter that she be referred to a gynocologist - and daughter thinks thats next step.

Will book the appointment, prob a fair old waiting list. Will try to remember to let everyone know what they say!

Having said that, things seem to be settling down over the last week or so - as I said I just finished my first period after coming off the pill so maybe it was something to do with the pill?

Just an update on this - I went to the gynaecologist last week and they found a growth on my cervix. They think that's what is causing the discharge, so I'm having it removed early next year.

I'm glad I went after all that!

Just by the by its 'cm' on pregnancy forums and you mention your cm in detail to strangers lol, theres no embarrassment after a while
