    @dawnybabes - appreciate the offer, no doubt I will be throwing gluten questions your way as it's a bit of a minefield.

    am back from a run. been a long long time since I could say that. was only 2k tops but it's a darn good feeling. back to awakened house so no time for any measuring but tonight I hope to put up the new weight and debt stats which I fear will be dangerously close to those at the start of this thread. but at least I'm doing something about it again. and cheers to everyone for their support.

    Great to have you back Mr B and I'm pleased you are able to run again! Even if your weight has gone up, you will still be in a much better place than you would have been if you hadn't put in all that work earlier.

    The stats will have to wait til tomorrow night - I'm off for an early one in the hope I can do running 2 days running. And on the money front - I still haven't quite maxed out my overdraft this month and haven't bought a thing on a credit card yet this year so I must be getting a bit better.
