am back from a run. been a long long time since I could say that. was only 2k tops but it's a darn good feeling. back to awakened house so no time for any measuring but tonight I hope to put up the new weight and debt stats which I fear will be dangerously close to those at the start of this thread. but at least I'm doing something about it again. and cheers to everyone for their support.2011: 301k in debt and morbidly obese (DFW)

The stats will have to wait til tomorrow night - I'm off for an early one in the hope I can do running 2 days running.
