If you've been in your contract more than about 6 months and you're with one of the big five, you should be able to reduce/amend your tariff without affecting contract end date. Go through your bills and work out why this is so high. If it's internet browsing/data usage for example, just stop. Use the internet. It's not worth this cost. You need a contract which actually works for you with what it includes.
