Was on my online banking earlier only to discover talktalk have debited my account for £3.50?? for the broadband account which is supposed to be free. So i rang talktalk and a lady told me the charge was for talktalks security services. I told her I have not requested any virus protection and have never had it??? So prob have to wait another month for my money back. First I thought it could have been something that is included when you sign up and you have to cancel it within 3 months, but I have been a customer for 8 months. So I guess there just randomly charging people anyone else had this.
