I didn't realise you could enter via email until I read on here somewhere, any way for those that want to enter via email here is the email address:
    Q. I am having trouble entering my details - is there another way i can enter?
    A. Yes, if you are having trouble entering your details then please send your full name, mobile number, catalogue number, name and price of item and reason for winning it (in no more than 250 words to facebook@uk.tesco.com

    Morning everyone!

I'm presuming that there's a typo in their FAQ regarding methods of entry. If you enter online you have only 250 characters, yet if you enter via email you have 250 words??

Also, is it the general feeling that they are only picking one of each item ie: laptop, tv etc. I have been trying to win a laptop and am wondering if I have been wasting my time as they have already given one away?

    Any views?

    TIA x

    Good luck everyone! :):)
If at first you don't succeed ........ ;) Alternative autism therapies should be free!!

    Awww, good luck Will :)

On a slightly different note, I see the chicken coop winner has now relinquished the prize and a different winner will be chosen for that hour. Sorry, but I am disgusted at the way this has all panned out. I have no doubt someone from this forum contacted Tesco (there was even a link to this forum posted on their wall). To be honest words fail me, I can't believe how unkind and downright vindictive some members have been.

Reminds me of the McVities comp when someone constantly complained about code sharing on here and I think even contacted McVities.

The girl who won (and no, I don't know her) never once fought back on here and seemed to do nothing but apologise - what for????? She made a silly mistake (we all do).

Won't mention it again, but I just want to say I have seen some aspects of this forum in a whole new light

Oh and lastly, whoever set up the fake account as Kenn Nesbitt should be ashamed of themselves (yeah right, he posted on here from his luxury villa in California - and think of the royalties he lost out on!) I never thought compers could be so vindictive.

    Won't be mentioning this again.

ps - I hope none of the complainers are using the Daily Mail codes for the £10k Bank Holiday Competition that are posted on here - if you win, will someone contact Daily Mail about you not actually purchasing the newspaper? Think about it....

I have been trying and trying NOT to comment on this stupid event. I believe the MSE lady concerned is leaving MSE which is a great shame.

Whover you are KENN NESBITT I hope you get to sleep at night knowing that all you have achieved is a lost home for some very needy chickens (which birds have no doubt earned you plenty from your poetry?) and a very upset MSE lady, not to mention most other people on the forum.

If Tesco have any compassion at all they will let her have 'a' chicken house and we will never know.

There, just couldn't keep my nose out! :o
Thanks to all OP's your efforts are much appreciated :A

    Short Version:

She copied a poem she googled
But some people hung her out to dry
They thought that she had cheated
So they all started to cry
Now her little birds are homeless
'cause Tesco took away her prize
So now the chickens are !!!!!!ed
    Shes baked them into pies...

    sorry :)
