Simfree or upgrade?

Hi, I currently have a Desire which I promised my son could have for a late birthday present (was last week). I am with Tmobile paying £35 and can upgrade on 3rd Sep. I was thinking on either HTC sensation/GalaxyS2 or waiting for iPhone5 as I have got iPad and minimac. I dont know if I should wait for an upgrade or I have been offered a mint 32gb iPhone4 that is officially unlocked and mint for £375 and then get sim only oneplan for £25 with no long contract, £52.32 quidco and when the new iPhone is out sell the 4 and get the new one or one of the Androids or even keep the 4 if the upgrade isn't much better?

Sorry I know everyone has different circumstances etc but what I think I would like to know is will I blow a massive amount on the iPhone if I sell when the new one is out? Or do Tmobile generally give good retention deals?

Unlock your desire, then get the one plan sim only now, say with topcashback??
But If you can afford the ip4 though then buy it, I love mine.
You won't lose much money on it as they keep there value well.

Sounds like you fancy a change though!
I am with three and they're brilliant, just ensure you get good coverage!Im going on the one plan soon too.

Thanks, you have covered my main concern about the ip4 dropping loads! Trouble is as I promised my lad my Desire he is pestering me, as kids do! I really dont know if I want the iPhone or not as I really love the Desire but if I had the ip4 it would give me a while to use it to see if I would prefer the ip5 or another Android device. Also I quite like the idea of not commiting for 18/24 months.
