Lost iphone apps

Sent my phone away via insurance for screen repair...backed it up before it went as was warned i could lose everything..got it back today and have restored everything apart from my apps...i can see what ive bought in itunes so could do each one again but is there anyway i can get them all on together?

if the apps are in itunes (by clicking on the apps tab) then you just connect your phone and select the apps you want to sync.
if they are not downloaded in itunes, go into the itunes store and click 'Purchased' this will show all your apps and you can then download them either one at a time or all at once.0
