SB is a star, perhaps a rather optimistic one, but a star nevertheless. Lots of positive thoughts for Monday and beyond.

  • Great to hear that there are options and potential, kissjen. And I echo maddiemay's positive thoughts for Monday and beyond.

Love what SB is proposing - I reckon you should pose the 'how to fit cooking the xmas lunch onto a post-it note' to Gordy Ramsay - see what he comes up with - is he on tw1tter? :rotfl:

With you all the way :)

We've got the tree up and decorated today and done all the paperwork for SB's OU course, so a good day's work.

Meeting a friend for lunch tomorrow at other end of town and then friend on Friday lunchtime and one coming here for dinner Friday night.

Presents to wrap, paperwork to do and time running out before Monday...need to get bottom into gear. :o

    Hi Kissjenn, :hello:

Finally caught up with you! Encouraging news that the M word has been avoided and you're already booked in for the next step; it's going to be a very busy week for you by the sound of it..

Am impressed by SB's determination to deal with the Bird etc., despite having no experience. Still, hope you can draft in a mate to advise and assist - thinking of the state your kitchen might be in afterwards :p - somewhat easier than trying to provide instruction on post-it notes! :rotfl:
  • I hope you're having fun with your chum.

Thinking of you lots - good luck and I hope you get some respite over the festives.

Keep that chin up and loved ones close xxxx

:kisses3:Hello KJ! I'm back online - got chucked off the interweb by a router that stopped cooperating - I'm glad I managed to get back on before your op. Amazing that you might be out in 24 hours - I think they try especially hard over Christmas, don't they ... I hope you can get into gear, as you say, to do the things you feel you need/want to do for Christmas - I'm glad you've got some sociable bits in there, its good to hear. Wishing you many, many positive vibes

Thank you for the kind thoughts Robin and Pippi.

Rising - I hope you enjoy the break and get the rest you need.

KC - I'm hoping they don't keep me in and consolidate all the wards into one. That wouldn't be fun :o
