Have been sent an unordered new phone - what to do?

Hubby been sent a new phone - very nice one too!
Was unordered, by phone company never used and sent to old address (new owners tracked us down and delivered it).
Invoice date June. No contract. Sim included in welcome pack. Obviously not signed for either.
No money has come out of any of our bank accounts and no direct debits have been set up.
No email contact or confirmation either!
Where do we stand? Any ideas?

ID fraud springs to mind.
Unless you don't care about your credit history, the obvious idea is to contact the network. A DD can appear later.0 -
As grumber says, sounds like some kind of fraud where the fraudster hasn't intercepted the phone before delivery.
Contact the network and sent it back or it will come back and bite you as they've used your info to get the account/phone.0
