If a store is hit for an r+r it is up to the store to rectifie the problem, most do by removing the misleading indicator normally the sel or remove the stickers from the psp games. There doesnt seem to be any contact made with headoffice to inform them of the misprice so the problem can be fixed centrally. Part of the steps head office have taken is to monitor this site and make a list and send it to stores at first Ithought it was just 1 or 2 stores I visited where they seemed to be on the ball but I saw lists that had money saving site on the top in other stores as well as the 2 I visit alot. I have since seen similar lists also headed eph.

If you hang arround in the entertainment section often enough when there are new mispricess about you will see someone walk past checking the sels and stickers on the items listed on here and carying the lists. If they find a misprice the sel is removed or games stuck in the bins below the shelves.

There's a lot of chat about Mr T ending the R&R policy and some conflicting information.

I realise that there are a few users of this site who appear to be "in the know" generally about these things.

Is there anyone who can definately say that the policy is changing or that it is not? (and if it is, any idea when?)

I get the feeling that I might have to start shopping a ADSA again :rotfl:

As always is difficult to be 100 % certain whats going on but I have been told the Host messages don't come from HO anymore.

Could have been a wind up of course but I thought I'd seen some other posts saying the same thing.

I'm sure that if HO have stopped sending the lists there will still be some rogue managers getting the lists themselves.

I got the impression that the lists shouldn't appear in any 'official' communication.

The rumours and that is all they are at the moment are coming from lots of places,
TescoEmployee mentioned changes ages ago supposedly in the new year, in the new year was thought to mean 1st January once that didn't happen it was thought to mean early in the new year first few months maybe.

Some CSA's have also been saying the policy is changing.

I have seen the blue board removed in the Horwich store and they refuse to r+r now and have been since late December the manager cancelled the policy on his own over the Christmas period, I have tried since but even with the small posters on the checkouts they still refuse. and Dundee backs the store .
I have spoken to a store manager one of the biggest stores in the England who I know not through an r+r and he said "not that he knows"

The Tesco customer services section of the website has also been changed, but not just removing the policy everything has been changed so it could be an indicator but probably not.

The Tesco employees on here also claim to know of any change in the policy, but as everyone knows the people that actually matter in any company are always the last to know so they will probably find out the day before all the notices need to be removed.

As a result who knows what is going on outside of Tesco HO we will all find out as when and if it happens, just keep checking for the blue board when you enter stores not just that is is still there but has the bit we love on the bottom.

Is the policy changing.....not that i am aware of but like constantine, i am a small fish in a big pond and we are usually the last to be briefed!

Are the messages being sent out to stores? There have been a couple this week but nothing pertaining to EPH or lists from (t)here, and realistically nothing like the detail that was coming out before.

EPH is a forum set up for misprices, it was supposedly setup as a friendlier, easier to read, more helpful, more constructive neighbour to this one.
