I found the opposite, I'd used the auto tills at Bexleyheath Argos to buy 2 x technic clearance unimog sets (not heard about the £5 vouchers) and the assistant at the counter insisted on getting me not 1, but 2 x £5 vouchers- by refunding and doing it all again as 2 separate sales- which was very kind.

Smiling, clicking "very good" on the instore how are we doing meter, and getting a rapport going with the staff seems to have worked wonders, they have a tough job, dealing with "some" of us!!

Lego 3222 Helicopter and Limousine mispriced as £10 at Tesco. SEL showing £10 and was fully expecting it not to scan as that but it did.

late last night and was too tired to post... there are lots of lego on sale. but a few select 50% off including these 2 sets, some toy story, and lego atlantis ones. Strange that not all the alien and ninjago old sets are on offer but migt be worth checking back to see if they reduce anymore.

Just been looking at John Lewis and many sets are reduced, the naboo star fighter is 24.99' cheapest I have seen in a long while. Also a few other sets and harry potter knight bus is 21.99! Worth a little look, seems they have lowered prices throughout Lego.
